• Managing Group-wide assets including stock units, tenanted units, car park management, BOT scheme and advertisement spaces.
• Attending buyers, tenants, JMB, Management Corporation and public complaints (if any) on post development projects.
• Assisting technician to resolve both technical and non-technical issues related to ventures businesses.
• Any other assignment as deemed required by the Management.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• Diploma/Degree in Project Management/ Estate Management/Property Services or its equivalent.
• Min. 2 years of experience in Project/Property Management Services.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of local/state/federal property management regulations is a strong advantage.
• Must have an understanding of good work ethic.
