Property Management Executive - Dynamic Team

Job Purpose

Accountable for overseeing the daily operations and addressing all matters related to defects and other issues within the property development project assigned, ensuring seamless progress and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to owners’ feedback professionally in compliance with E&O’s service standards and provide reasonable alternatives in resolving customers’ feedback
• Monitor, follow up and prepare all necessary documentation, reports and photos for all building defective works and collaborate with other departments and contractors until completion of works to ensure contractors are on schedule
• Initiate preparation for handing over and carry out random pre-handing over inspection before formal hand over
• Coordinate with contractor for a Pre-VP (vacant possession) Briefing and iron out coordination issues pertaining to handing over and DLP(defect liability) Period
• Develop the processes of opening and closing all defects list and submit to Manager within time frame given to ensure effective progress and error free transition
• Establish strong relationship with local authorities and maintain good rapport with owners/tenants/residents 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma/Degree in Building & Property / Facilities Management / Property Management or related field
• A minimum of three years of solid experience in managing high-rise facilities and delivering exceptional customer service within the property industry, with expertise in defect rectification an added advantage 
• Knowledge in building defects
• Well versed in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act
