PROPERTY PROJECT MANAGER - Innovative Company

We are seeking an experienced Property Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the full spectrum of activities in property development, from conceptualization and planning through to construction and completion, ensuring high standards of quality and profitability.

*Responsibilities:*
- Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of multiple mixed development projects, overseeing all phases from planning and design to construction and handover.
- Identify and evaluate new land acquisitions and development opportunities to enhance company growth and profitability.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout project lifecycles to ensure compliance and timely execution.
- Manage and direct all project-related activities, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Oversee on-site and off-site constructions to ensure compliance with building safety and regulatory standards.
- Proactively manage project risks, including planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress and performance to top management.
- Facilitate the coordination of multi-disciplinary works within projects, including architectural, civil & structural, mechanical & electrical, and landscaping disciplines.
- Monitor and ensure all necessary approvals from authorities are obtained, and all compliance requirements are met.
- Develop and implement strategies for effective resource allocation and management of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Maintain continuous knowledge of market trends, industry standards, and best practices in property development.
- ⁠Oversee and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of properties to maintain their value and ensure tenant satisfaction.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Property Development, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in property development or related industry.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; note that a different salary range applies.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English (fluent in both verbal and writing).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
