We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Administrator. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our real estate sales team, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing sales efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales team with various tasks to help them achieve their targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and contracts.
  2. Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.
  3. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
  4. Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  5. Assist in organizing and attending real estate events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  6. Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate sales.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a sales administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  5. A proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  6. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
