You play important role in

• Determine client needs and propose right property 了解客户需求
• Walk client thru property in showroom or online 带客户参观示范单位
• Coordinate with lawyer & banker 常与律师楼和银行联系
• Making appointment with client thru phone 电话邀约
• Source potential via online marketing 网络营销

About this job

• Time : Flexible working schedule
• Skills : We provide A to Z trainings
• Communicate : Speak fluent BM or Mandarin (as the role requires to liaise with our Mandarin speaking clients)
• Income: Commission Based (Sales of unit)

Example:

RM600k (Price) x 1.5% (Commission) = RM9,000 per unit
