-Perform all sales duties (prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales administration and after sales service).-To conduct market intelligence research, analysing demands, trend and pricing.-Assist in preparing of sales and marketing materials and kits relating to sales, promotion and advertisement including, brochures, flyers, press advertisement and others.-Be constantly updated on competitor products in the market and build network with personnel across the same industry to gain first hand industry information to develop strategic approach toward prospects.-Build strong rapport and response to prospects enquiries with excellence service every touch point to maintain high customer satisfaction level.-Carry out market survey, compile and analyse data to assist management in determining market trends and customer needs.-Initiate, undertake, and participate in sales events (including but not limited to open house activities, exhibits, road shows and investors’ night)-Brainstorm with Sales Assistant Manager and initiate online marketing campaign to market launching projects.-To assist the prospective customers in obtaining financial assistance to part finance their purchase of any Products (if necessary).-Ensure that all relevant paperwork is accurately completion upon reservation that all procedures are adhered to. -Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.-Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience within property/ real estate/ banking/ finance industry.-Basic knowledge in property sales.-Able to work during weekend and public holiday.-Open to work within external environment i.e., roadshows, malls, kiosks, mobile trucks, etc.
