Property Sales Executive (Kuala Lumpur)

Job Description:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly personal sales targets.
• Participate in assigned sales events, roadshows, exhibitions, and station at the sales gallery as assigned.
• Coordinate with sales agents, purchasers, solicitors, bankers, and interdepartmental teams for timely execution of Sale & Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements.
• Monitor and track the sales process for efficient closing and documentation within set time frames.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and duties assigned by the Management as necessary.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Enthusiastic about venturing into the Property Industry.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to work on public holidays and weekends.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
