Requirements:

1.Degree in Civil Engineering/ Building or equivalent.

2.Minimum 5-8 years site experience in RC structure, Architectual, M&E coordination work.

3.Post Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate.

Ability to work independently.

4.Process planning and organizational ability with good interpersonal skills at all level.

5.Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standard in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

6.Computer literate and familiar with MS Office Application Software and MS Project.

7.Able to prepare master programme.

8.Prefer experience in high rise project.

Job Responsibilities:

To manage, lead and plan for site team and provide necessary assistance in construction works.

To study shop drawings in order to perform works as per project specifications.

To ensure that all work carried out on their projects are handled in accordance with the relative work instructions and project requirements.

To provide guidance and work instructions to Supervisor or Sub-contractor in daily activities.

To coordinate with the Contracts and Purchasing department in acquisition of machineries and materials required for project use.

To carry out resources planning for the project included and not limited to material, manpower and machinery procurement schedule.

To attend Site Meeting and to handle all complaints from clients.

To liaise with customer and coordinate with Contracts Administrator in preparation and submission of proposals, quotations or tenders and co-ordinate with sub-contractors.

To coordinate any quality issues and problems at the project site, and carry out any rectifications works, if any.

To perform any other duties set by the company policy, management or direct superior, which does not included in the above-mentioned descriptions.

To manage sub-contractors direct workers and hire machinery and equipment to optimize labour efficiency.

To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality system.

To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Strictly comply safety regulation and requirement stated in JKKP ( Safety & Help)

To be in charge of the official government affairs of various departments of the Association.

In charge of official documents, collection of appropriations and handling of Chinese-English or Bahasa Malaysia translation.
