Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will support the preparation of CSDT for submissions with MDA, MoH.
• You will support to consolidate & prepare change notification submissions with MDA, MoH.
• You will support the adverse event reporting with MDA, MoH.
• You will support all general administrative task within Quality department.

You will get to Learn during Protégé program:

• Basic knowledge in product registration for medical devices based on the requirements from Medical Device Authority, MoH.
• Basic knowledge in product change notification submission for medical devices based on the requirements from Medical Device Authority, MoH.
• Basic knowledge in adverse event reporting for medical devices based on the requirements from Medical Device Authority, MoH.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are a recent University degree in natural sciences (for example biomedical, pharmaceutical studies or medical engineering) or equivalent. Must possess a CGPA of 3.3 and above.
• You are a fresh graduate or have less than 6 months of working experience.

Your attributes and skills:

• You are proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Candidates with IT-savvy skills will have an added advantage.
• You have a good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.
• You can communicate effectively with internal and external customers in all mediums of communication.
• You are self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
