Public Relations & Communications Executive - Unlimited Growth Potential

• To support administrative task in PR and communication department.
• To assist and execute global communications and PR strategies.
• Monitor and execute social networking communication eg facebook, Instagram, WeChat etc.
• Coordinate and execute annual event industry conferences, seminars, workshop, awards night, gala dinner and sponsorship activities.
• Supervising and performing editorial task that include drafting, editing, proof-reading, translations for brochures, newsletter, website editing, press releases, speeches and other related press material.
• Cooperate with design & marketing department to ensure in smooth running in the production of all collaterals, marketing tools and etc.
• Establishing and building relationships with local key media. Cultivate and maintain media relations; coordinate media inquiries and proactively identify high quality local agencies and establishing strong cooperation.
• Establishing and building relationships related and potential stakeholder Eg. Sponsor, supplier, chamber of commerce, association, various government authorities and etc.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce, Event Management, Business study or related disciplines
• At least 1 years working experience in exhibition, conference or event industry
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English & Chinese is a must.
• Enthusiastic and dynamic with strong people management and decision making skills and ability to work on own initiative.
• Good communications, negotiations, presentations and strong analytical skills
