PURCHASE OFFICER - Rapid Progression

We are a professional supplier of building materials and hardware, dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality products and services. Due to our business expansion, we are urgently seeking a Purchasing Officer with rich procurement experience to join our team.

Job Overview: As a Purchasing Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating new suppliers, maintaining existing supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth procurement processes. You will actively participate in supply chain management, coordinate communication between internal departments, meet customer needs, and achieve company strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Actively explore new supplier resources, including domestic and international suppliers, and regularly assess and screen them according to company needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers, formulate and execute procurement contracts to ensure prices, delivery times, and product quality meet company standards.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes, including adherence to company procurement policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers, handle supplier issues and complaints, and ensure the stability and reliability of the supply chain.
• Coordinate communication between internal departments, including sales, quality control, warehousing, and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of procurement plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in any field, with 3-5 years of procurement experience; experience in the building materials or hardware industry is preferred.
• Good negotiation skills and communication abilities, capable of establishing good cooperative relationships with suppliers.
• Strong market insight and business acumen, able to timely discover and seize market changes and opportunities.
• Strong team spirit and service consciousness, able to effectively coordinate work between internal departments.
• Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office, with good data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic English communication skills, able to engage in basic business communication with foreign suppliers.

• 具备较强的市场洞察力和商业敏锐度，能够及时发现并把握市场变化和机遇。
• 具备较强的团队合作精神和服务意识，能够有效协调内部各部门之间的工作。
• 熟练使用办公软件，如Microsoft Office等，具备良好的数据分析能力和问题解决能力。
• 具备一定的英语沟通能力，能够与国外供应商进行基本的商务沟通。
