Penerangan Pekerjaan - Purchaser

  1. Supplier Selection and Management for all product category:
    • Identify and select suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
    • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers.
  2. Inventory Management:
    • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
    • Ensure timely delivery of goods to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
    • Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels effectively.
  3. Purchase Order Processing:
    • Prepare and issue purchase orders for the required goods and services.
    • Ensure all purchase orders are accurate and comply with company policies.
  4. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and changes.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  5. Quality Control:
    • Inspect and evaluate the quality of goods received.
    • Handle any discrepancies or issues with suppliers regarding quality or delivery.
  6. Budget Management:
    • Manage purchasing budgets and ensure expenditures are within allocated funds.
    • Analyze and report on purchasing metrics and performance.
  7. Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.
  8. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Finance and Operations to meet company needs.
    • Participate in cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and projects.
  9. Vendor Performance:
    • Evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
    • Implement corrective actions when necessary to improve supplier performance.
  10. Cost Analysis:
    • Analyze cost structures and seek opportunities for cost reduction.
    • Prepare and present cost analysis reports to management.
