Responsible: -
- Plan and schedule purchase and delivery items.
- Purchase and plan production material as per PR.
- Monitor supplier delivery of goods as per schedule date.
- Source and negotiate at a competitive price.
- Monitor the supplier delivery and quality performance.
- Coordinate with suppliers concerning material returned on quality issue.
- Ensure that the data and documents are well maintained.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing.
- Inter section communication on production schedules and new products.
- Liase with external suppliers on the sourcing/delivery/quality issues
- To apply K9 for incoming & outgoing plating parts
- To coordinate with suppliers for pricing whenever necessary
- To update purchase daily incoming report
- LMW license renewal
Requirement
- Diploma holder in related field
- Minimum 2-3 Years experience in similar position or related field
- Computer literature
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A person that is cost sensitive and figure minded would be an added advantage.
- A person with a positive mindset and willing to develop and grow further together with the Company in the future.
- Candidate with background of manufacturing electrical or switchgear would be an added advantage.
