JOB DESCRIPTION
- Initiate purchase requisition on low balance stock
- Prepare purchase orders in Autocount system based on details given by suppliers
- Source and obtain quotations from different suppliers for price and specification comparison
- Negotiate with supplier for as cost savings initiative
- Liaise with supplier on estimate time of arrival and follow up on status of delivery
- Any other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
- Check stock quantity given by store / warehousing / other teams before ordering
- Advise stock availability to wholesale department
- Key-in stock adjustments / movements into SiteGiant system.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or any relevant field.
- At least 1 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines and work with a minimum supervision.
- Fluent in mandarin reading and speaking is a must for this position.
