Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and process purchase order, price comparison, goods received and follow up delivery for supplies.
To manage account payable such as compile purchase invoice and delivery order.
Supplier payment
To maintain proper records of purchasing documentation.
Perform administration support including filing, labelling, photocopying as and when required.
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned when required.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Computer literacy. Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
Able to work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines.
Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently.
Team player, reliable and dependable.
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
