Qualifications & experience

• At least STPM/ Diploma in Administration/ Finance or equivalent
• 0-1 working experience in procurement process or similar role
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office & Outlook
• Mandarin speaker to deal with suppliers
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Work independently & as part of a team
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for procurement activities (sourcing supplier, obtain quotation)
• Coordinate purchasing activities based on company's needs
• Process requisition, purchase order & verify invoices for accuracy
• Monitor supplier performance & maintain positive relationship with vendor
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
