PURCHASING ASSISTANT - Get Hired Fast

PURCHASING CLERK 
(Selangor – Telok Gong, Port Klang)

Job Responsibilities

• Generate Purchase Order to supplier as per customer's forecast or firm order with customer approved and material lead time.
• Follow up Purchase Order with supplier for acknowledgement and delivery confirmation.
• Update and ensure receipt transaction from supplier in system on time.
• Manage suppliers to meet company objectives in the area of quality and inventory control.
• Prepare custom documents and ensure with custom approval for any of the shipment.
• Liaise and work closely with warehouse staff to compare deliveries with Purchase Orders (PO) to identify and solve any discrepancies
• Any other ad hoc task assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Excellent and strong communication skills
• Good organizational and leadership skills
• Strong computer skill: Microsoft Office, Excell & Power Point
• Added advantages: knowledge in system like ERP or Radix.
• Required language(s): Mandarin speaking (dealing with China supplier), Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Applicant must be willing to work in Telok Gong, Pelabuhan Klang
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduate also encourage to apply, on job training will be provided.
