Purchasing Assistant - Hiring Immediately

Responsibilities:

• Assist Purchasing Executive to prepare and maintain approved vendor/supplier list and monitor their performance.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Ensure all the products purchased are of good quality and the price is reasonable, comply to safety, health and environment.
• Prepare purchase order and price agreements.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Input order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Document reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Ensure proper control on the receiving of products and their safe storage.
• Maintain high ethical business relationship with vendors/suppliers.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP applications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
