Responsibilities:
- Deal with supplier and raise PO by using software
- Prepare meeting minutes
- Follow up and expediting with the supplier on delivery schedule
- Purchase and sourcing new supplier
- To do market survey and report
- To support other related purchasing activity
Requirements:
- At least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Economics, Management or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate in English, Malay & Mandarin (We seek Mandarin-speaking candidate who are required to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers)
- Fresh graduate(s) are encouraged to apply
- FMCG buying experience are added advantages
- Strong communication and excellent business presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
