Responsibilities:
- Support Site Purchasing activities.
- Conduct sourcing activities, negotiate and evaluate on supplier's price, delivery and payment terms to determine the most desirable vendors/ suppliers.
- Assist to handle, monitor and verify Purchase Requisition, CAPEX Request, Quotation Comparison and other related documents.
- Conduct final check on the Invoice and Delivery order.
- Find out with the requestors to determine the nature of product requirement.
- Review supplier performance to ensure the products/services are received on time with justified pricing and quality.
- Manage purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change order.
- Assist in prepare and compile document for internal and external audit.
- Handle supplier/vendor list and evaluation report.
- Liaise with Project Department to manage costs of projects.
- Liaise with Finance Department regarding the payment status and update with supplier.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior and management to you from time to time.
Qualifications:
- SPM level and above.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient with spoken and written English and Mandarin.
