Purchasing Cum Data Entry (Executive) - Competitive Pay

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Assistant cum Data Entry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in maintaining accurate data entry records. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintaining a database of suppliers and their offerings.
• Creating and issuing purchase orders.
• Updating & Monitoring of both local and overseas deliveries and ensuring timely receipt of goods.
• Resolving any issues related to quality or quantity of purchased products.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure stock inventory accuracy
• Filing and proper recording on any purchasing related documentation such as PI, PO and DO.
• Constant review on pricing for materials/products
• Purchase of stationery and accessories
• Follow up incoming shipment, update and key in system
• Data entry for GRN and PI
• Any Ad-hoc duty assigns by supervisor

**Requirements:**
- 2-3 years of working experience in data entry, purchasing, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Knowledge of purchasing processes and inventory management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Mandarin Speaker (Required)
