Job Position: Purchasing Executive

salary Package: RM3,400-RM4,400

Working Day: 5 Days + alt. Sat

Working Hour: Mon Thu: 9:30am 6:30pm

Fri: 9:30am 7:30pm

Sat (alt): 9:30am 1:30pm

Job Scope: Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily stock movements and maintaining proper inventory records

Ensure items purchased are properly evaluated

Liaise with suppliers, customers and sales team for orders, price and product availability.

Provide excellent customers service and support via regular communications.

Track orders and ensure timely delivery to sales team.

Able to multi-tasks and accept ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

Holder of SPM / O Level qualification or higher

Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as necessary to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers.

At least 1 year related working experience

Software skills: Microsoft Office, SQL
