Purchasing Executive (Based in HQ) - Unlimited Growth Potential

Requirements:

• Minimum : Diploma or STPM
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field, preferably with background in building material.
• Familiar with SQL and Microsoft Words
• Experience in ISO Quality Management System will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good negotiation skills and ability in resolving delivery and quality issues.

Job Description:

• To coordinate & administer materials and equipment purchases for company and projects.
• To select, evaluate and register suppliers based on competitiveness, qualification and ability to meet company and project requirements.
• To administer company Approved Supplier List (ASL).
• To liaise with suppliers in terms of requirements, cost, delivery and after-sales service for materials or equipment purchased.
• To participate in monitoring, appraising and auditing suppliers.
• To control and monitor condition of stocks store on a regular basis.
• To control and monitor plants, Machineries and Equipment including repair and maintenance.
• To prepare internal invoice.
• To ensure the implementation of all purchasing related policies, activities, procedures comply with the company’s required quality standards.
• To check D/O and Invoice for matching purpose, on time submit to Account Department.
