Purchasing Executive - Career Growth Potential

We are the Industry Division of IJM Group, one of Malaysia’s leading conglomerates. We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Purchasing Executive to join our team!

Responsibilities: 

• Generate PO from PR (SAP Hana System) for materials and spare parts, obtain quotations for comparison.
• Prepare asset (CAPEX) and major repair (R&M) purchase order and monitor approved budget purchase
• Prepare KPI/Objective summary report, analyses and monitor to achieving Quality Objective and KPI
• Sourcing new supplier, raise new vendor selection form, update price catalog and material code
• Liaise with the end user to understand the specifications required for purchase. 

Requirements:

• Entry level, or preferably 2 years experiences in related field.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Admin, or equivalent.
• Willing to learn & able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be based at Lumut, Perak.
