Purchasing Executive - Construction - Hiring Now

Job Description

• To Plan, executive, coordinate all the purchasing activities involved in purchasing construction materials, parts & equipment, product of services according to project plan.
• Responsible in negotiating for the best purchasing package (in term of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with the suppliers.
• Continuously strive for improvement in lead times minimum order size, reduction of purchase costs
• To perform price analysis and evaluation in order to assist management decision
• To sources, select , evaluate and negotiate with suppliers in order to get the best price an term offered with quality product obtained.
• To issue P.O (SQL System)./ match D.O with the invoices and control quantity and quality of material deliver to site.
• Support relevant department with quotation for the purpose of tenders..
• To monitor delivery and cost control for overall material for the particular job site.as per timely.
• To Manage & implementation of department procurement procedures & ISO Quality Policies.
• To liaise and coordinate with other department ie Contract Department, Project Department for all necessary procurement and budgetary requirements.

Requirement::

• At least 5 years of working experience involved in purchase construction materials in main contractor or subcontractor.
• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Purchasing & Material Control or Business Administration or its equivalents.
• Working location at Kepong Area with 5 working days,
• Proactive, Dynamic, meticulous, strong analysis skill.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
• Good Communication Skill read & write in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
