Purchasing Executive (Manufacturer)

• Handle daily purchasing activities, including sourcing, supplier selection, quotation comparison, and purchase order processing.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and equipment according to operational requirements.
  
• Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and outstanding orders to avoid material shortages or delays.
  
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
  
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Planning, and Finance departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and procurement documentation.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Purchasing, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  
• Experience in sourcing mechanical, electrical, engineering, or industrial components will be an added advantage.
  
• Familiar with supplier management, quotation evaluation, price negotiation, and purchase order processing.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP.
  
• Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
