PURCHASING EXECUTIVE (MANUFACTURING)

Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• Sourcing, select and negotiate for the best purchase package from locally and oversea in terms of quality, price terms, deliveries and services with suppliers and sub-contractors
• Maintain complete update purchasing records / data and pricing in system
• Issue PO to supplier and monitor delivery from supplier to ensure material availability for planned production schedule
• Prepare and analyze the supplier performance on delivery on time, quality conformity, cost effective and services & provide periodical supplier performance report
• Review stock purchase by monitoring market conditions, current stock levels, lead time required for manufacturing, potential price increase, anticipation of new orders from customers and suppliers' conditions.
• Ensure all purchases are conducted in compliance with company Procurement Policy with proper documentation, processes and meet company systems requirements. Ensure the practice of the company’s Code of Ethical Business Conduct.
• Avoid overstocking by working with the stock control department and operations department on slow-moving inventory
• Ensure seamless integration with all department
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time by Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business / Administration / Management or any related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment
• Strong written & verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malayu
• Able to multi task and work under pressure and independently with minimum supervision, ability to prioritize in an ever-changing environment
• Preferably specialize in purchasing / inventory / material and warehouse management or equivalent
• Willing to travel within Malaysia and internationally as when needed

Furthermore, Camwell Sdn. Bhd. has incorporated an associate company, CSB Precision Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. to handle another related division which specialized in Silk Screen Printing, Rubber Sponge, Cushion and Insulation Parts to cope with the rapid demands of the industries. We have created and registered Spin Gasing TM as our own brand for our products.
