Purchasing Executive (Sabah)

• Responsible for daily and project -related purchasing execution, including engineering services, equipment, materials, spare parts, administrative, and site supplies.
  
• Conduct RFQs, price comparisons, and negotiations based on approved purchase requisitions, and prepare purchasing recommendations.
  
• Follow up on purchase orders (POs), delivery schedules, goods receipt, and acceptance, and coordinate the resolution of purchasing -related issues.
  
• Liaise with suppliers and assist in maintaining and updating the approved supplier list.
  
• Coordinate with the finance team to prepare payment supporting documents, including contracts, POs, delivery orders, and invoices.
  
• Establish and maintain purchasing records, registers, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  
• Perform other purchasing and project support duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in project -based or industrial environments.
  
• Solid knowledge of purchasing processes, including supplier negotiation, purchase order management, and vendor evaluation.
  
• Proficient in both Chinese and English, with strong communication and coordination skills.
  
• Able and willing to relocate to Sipitang, Sabah. Accommodation and three meals are provided.
  
• Comfortable using basic office software and ERP systems for purchase documentation, tracking, and reporting.
