Job Responsibilities:
- Source of good-quality materials and services at a competitive price.
- To manage and develop new / existing suppliers in professional relationship.
- Maintaining and ensure the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation in system are updated.
- Dealing with supplier to follow up stock return, credit note, quotation and delivery.
- To match and verify supplier invoices/delivery orders against submission of all invoices.
- To performed general admin supports such as filling.
- Others task as and when assign by superior.
- Analysis the supply & demand trend
- Generate sales & inventory report to monitor inventory closely.
- Reporting to the Sourcing & Purchasing Manager.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Purchasing/Inventory/Business Administration.
- Computer literate must be well conversant with MS Excel & Word.
- Positive attitude, committed to the job, analytical with strong critical thinking, responsible, results-oriented, possess strong interpersonal skill and a team player.
- Mandarin speaking added as advantage.
- Preferably immediate join to work or with short notice period.
