Purchasing Exexcutive - Generous Compensation

Job Descriptions: -

Responsible for purchasing of Food & Beverage ingredients, and sourcing of suppliers and negotiating for the right cost all the time

• Liaise with Head Chef to plan ahead for all purchases including raw ingredients, cutlery sets, maintenance parts, etc.
• Works with multiple vendors/suppliers – evaluate and determine the best deals for the company based on various factors including price, quality, speed of delivery and other related factors
• Analyze and keep track of pricing trends, market demands to identify the best timing and price to purchase
• Prepare purchase order and monitor on deliveries for incoming goods
• Ensure suppliers and services meet the Company’s requirements in terms of product specification, quality and reliability standards
• Perform other duties as and when delegated

Job Requirements: -

• Good knowledge in purchasing management and supply chain especially in Food & Beverage industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and knowledge
• Team player, proactive, good attitude, has a good sense of responsibility and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Have career growth to lead the whole procurement department
• Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
