Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

• In-charge in generate purchase orders for all outlets
• In-charge in update and prepare the monthly purchasing list to outlets
• In-charge in dealing with orderers and suppliers on purchasing issue daily
• In-charge in issuing memo to outlets to update the latest purchasing issues, eg: change of supplier, change of packaging, delivery schedule for supplier and etc
• In-charge in request quotation and negotiate pricing from new and existing suppliers for lower pricing
• In-charge to check and verify the price different between purchase order and invoice
• In-charge in update the latest product status in the web purchasing, eg: active or inactive item, price change, add new item
• In-charge in creating new orderer password and username or inactive orderer when they resigned for the web purchasing 
• In-charge to pick up and screen phone calls.
• In-charge in handling the general admin duties for Purchasing Department, eg: filling, update supplier’s handbook, issue manual Purchase Order, update supplier’s contact and etc
• Handling the general ad hoc task.
• In-charge in research / study on selected food items
• In-charge in warehouse control
• In-charge in arranging of monthly requisition of crockery to all outlets
• Responsible for administration works i.e. Staff points, purchase of stationery/grocery, company stamp, printing of name card and cleaning service arrangement
• Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the superior/ Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Procurement/ Purchasing or equivalent in the same position
• Experience in Food & Beverage/ Retail Industry is an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills. 
• Able to complete tasks within the timeline given.
• Able to work independently
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Warm and cheerful personality; energetic and highly motivated
