Purchasing Senior Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Fully handle the purchasing of all Inventory & Non-Inventory items.
• Maintain Accounts Payable and ensure that deliveries arrive in a timely manner.
• Maintain and develop the Supplier Database.
• Source alternative Raw & Packaging materials to ensure the Company’s competitive pricing.
• Initiate negotiations with Suppliers to ensure the Company’s competitive pricing.
• Fully understand Purchasing SOP and assist in revising and executing changes as needed to ensure a smooth purchasing process with no delays to Operations Processes.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate or Professional Degree in Purchasing, Logistics or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Purchasing (preferable experience in FMCG, Skincare or equivalent industry)
• Language: English and Bahasa Malaysia to ensure smooth business communications
• Knowledge of AutoCount system will be an added advantage
