1. Liaise with customer for new product requirement related to quality control

2. Understand the quality requirement such QSI, DQS, and Implement 
     internally

3. Prepare/update the documents such QIP, MSA, GR&R, Yearly Qualification,   
    CP, PFMEA

4. Others paperwork such : AR&R initial stage, inspector training, daily reject    
    report review

5. Create/review the incoming, in-process, outgoing inspection check sheet

6. Coordinate internally and compile the report and submit the customer
     complaint 8D report

7.Liaise with relevant supplier related to quality product and issue the 8D 
   report

8. Review/update the SPC measurement report, create quality measurement 
    method

9. Follow up new project related to quality from initial stage, mass prod. and 
    until eol

10. keep maintain the customer complaint master list, lesson learn, NCR 
     master list, supplier incident

11. Follow up any improvement activity whether initiate by customer or
     internally

12. Verify part condition with customer if there is any variance or rejection for  
        tolerance
