Responsibilities:
- Managing the ISO systems by ensuring that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented, and maintained;
- Promoting the awareness of customer requirements and QMS throughout ISI;
- Reporting to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement;
- Ensuring compliance with legal obligations
- Liaising with external parties on matters relating to the QMS.
- Able to Implement continuous improvement activities.
- Responsible for customers' complaints on products and feedback to management.
Requirements:*
• 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Diploma/Degree/tertiary qualification in the related fields,
• Experience in managing ISO 9001 & ISO 17025 will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of laboratory work/documents control and procedure.
• Able to monitor the quality assurance of products/services effectively.
• Able to lead the QA/QC/ISO team.
