Overview:

• As a QA Manager & QA Executive, you'll spearhead quality assurance efforts while ensuring strict adherence to Halal standards for A&W Malaysia's products, ensuring customer trust and satisfaction.
• Lead comprehensive quality assurance initiatives, implementing robust processes to maintain the highest standards across all aspects of product development and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Management

1. To implement and maintain quality and document control systems
2. To carry out internal quality audits following internal quality standards and policy
3. To follow up on the audit findings and train the employees on quality standards and policy
4. To test and develop SOP on new product build 
5. To monitor and ensure product specification to meet the quality standard.
6. To analyse current process and propose recommendations for improvement. 
7. To liaise with HR and Operations for other related training – Food Handling & Typhoid injection
8. To ensure compliance to Food Safety Standards in all outlets

Qualifications/ Requirements:-

1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Halal Management / Food Science & Technology
2. Jakim Halal certification (preferred)
3. Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Food Industry 
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
6. Effective problem solving and research skills
