QA/QC & Admin Executive / Manager

POST : QA/QC & ADMIN EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of Quality Management System, Environment Management System, Safety Management System, customers’ specified requirements and others international system.
• Ensuring compliance with local & international industry regulation, standards, and legal requirement.
• Responsible to handle and attend to customer quality complaints & quality related discussion including root-cause analysis and corrective actions implementation.
• Responsible to work closely with all departments on customer quality requirements & complaints.
• Responsible for laboratory & production analysis activities, testing methods, equipment’s maintenance, training as well as tools calibration.
• Takes lead in factory pest control program and hygiene matters.
• Implement company's policies and goals and ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Prepare quality documentation and ensure all documents are current and updated.
• Provide trainings whenever required. 
• Perform any other duties defined by the Management from time to time.
• Leads and manage QA team in the execution of all QA related activities. 
• Candidates with a qualified background will be considered for managerial position.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 5 years’ work experience in manufacturing, customer service, quality assurance or ISO audit related background.
• Demonstrate capabilities in teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office 
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia)
