QAQC ENGINEER / PROJECT ENGINEER

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Civil, Architecture Engineering and Construction Management.
• At least 2 years of working experiences in construction, building management or related field.
• Experience in beam is added advantage.
• Knowledge in Quality Assurance and Quality Control is added advantage.
• Interpersonal skills and able to work independent. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• To prepare, review & maintain the Project Quality Plan throughout the project’s duration
• Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion.
• To ensure that all material delivered to site are conform to the approved specifications by consultant.
• Ensure all testing / measuring / test equipment are calibrated and controlled
• Upon completion of work, to carry out final inspections and handovers including ensuring that all as-built drawing is prepared prior to issuance of certificate of practical completion.
• To regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect defective, outstanding or non-confirming works or delayed works.
• Knowledgeable about authorities and approval procedures and to work with consultants to secure all necessary planning and technical requirement
• Prepare PQP, documents and check documents such as method statement of works, materials submission, construction drawings and specifications to the relevant authorities
• To assist the Site Manager / Project Manager on all aspect of the construction works. 
• To monitor, schedule material delivery , machinery mobilization and control material wastage at site. 
• To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures and work instruction. 
• To assist in carrying out inspection and testing, supervise manpower, site report, attending site meeting with client, contractor and consultant.
