QA/QC MANAGER

• Design, execute, and uphold comprehensive QA/QC protocols across all construction phases, ensuring compliance with project specs and industry norms.
• Develop and enforce project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Establish and manage robust documentation controls for accurate recording of quality-related documents.
• Coordinate inspections and tests to verify compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of all testing and inspection records.
• Investigate non-conformances and client complaints, taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Develop and implement preventive measures to address non-conformances.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to minimize defects in construction projects.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in QA/QC management in construction.
• Profound understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
