QA/QC Manager经理 - Leading Industry Pay

教育程度和经验要求Education & Experienced Requirement:

1. 本科及以上学历，药品、化学、食品、生物等相关专业； Bachelor degree or above, major in medicine, chemistry, food, biology, etc.;
2. 5年以上QA/QC经理工作经验，日化行业优先考虑；熟悉了解清真质量管理体系。More than 5 years QA/QC manager working experience, daily chemical industry is preferred; Familiar with halal quality management system.
3. 熟悉了解化妆品相关法规、体系要求及生产流程。Familiar with the relevant regulations, system requirements and production process of cosmetics.
4. 具有化妆品认证与审核经验。Experience in cosmetics certification and auditing.
5. 思路清晰，善于思考、自我剖析及经验总结，能够快速抓住工作重点，高效完成相关工作并规划后续计划；Clear thinking, good at thinking, self-analysis and experience summary, able to quickly grasp the key points of work, efficiently complete related work and plan follow-up plans;
6. 有较强风险意识，结合国内外法律法规和行业环境的变化，敏锐地洞察、识别和采取措施降低风险；Have a strong risk awareness, combined with domestic and foreign laws and regulations and changes in the industry environment, keen insight, identification and measures to reduce risks.
7. 较强的跨部门沟通协调能力。Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination ability.
8. 精通办公软件（MS Office）。Proficient in MS Office.

工作职责Job Activities：

1、负责公司各项质量管理体系的完善、推行、实施、维护和持续改进；Responsible for the improvement, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company's quality management system.

 2、负责公司的生产品质管理工作，保证公司生产的正常运作与公司的品质状况及生产品质能力符合客户的需求；并负责主导处理客诉，降低客诉，稳定质量，不断提升客户满意度。Responsible for the production quality management of the company, to ensure the normal operation of the company's production and the company's quality status and production quality capacity meet customer needs; And responsible for handling customer complaints, reducing customer complaints, stable quality, and constantly improve customer satisfaction.

3、公司内、外审核、验厂计划的策划、组织和实施，纠正预防措施的审核追溯；Planning, organization and implementation of internal and external audit and factory inspection plans, audit and traceability of corrective and preventive measures;

4、负责制定质量标准、产品标准。并有效组织实施各工序的检验管理：进料、半成品微生物化验、制程和成品检验，并按期统计品质数据；Responsible for setting quality standards and product standards. And effectively organize and implement the inspection management of each process: incoming, semi-finished product microbial testing, process and finished product inspection, and collection of quality data on schedule.

5、负责主导组织各部门建立质量目标，每月作汇总分析并组织召开月度品质汇报并对质量目标进行回顾,对未达标项目跟踪分析改进；Responsible for leading all departments in the organization to establish quality objectives, making monthly summary analysis, organizing monthly quality reports and reviewing quality objectives, tracking, analyzing and improving substandard projects;

6、根据制度及品质标准，负责对生产环境、设备、生产工器具和员工操作卫生进行检测，确保符合安全生产卫生要求。In accordance with the system and quality standards, responsible for the production environment, equipment, production tools and equipment and staff operating health inspection, to ensure that the safety of production and health requirements.

7、依据标准要求，组织对留样进行定期检验，并定期统计数据。According to the standard requirements, organize regular inspection of retained samples and regular statistics.

8、负责检验仪器的校正与管制。Responsible for calibration and control of inspection instruments.

9、负责主导所有品质异常的处理，并跟踪有效的改善措施，跟进落实执行，确保品质异常得到有效改善。Responsible for leading the handling of all quality anomalies, tracking effective improvement measures, follow-up implementation, and ensure that quality anomalies are effectively improved.

10、根据体系要求以及各项品质标准要求定期对内部进行稽核，并根据稽核结果督促有效整改，确保公司内部的品质得到安全控制。Conduct internal audit regularly according to system requirements and quality standards, and urge effective rectification according to the audit results to ensure the safety control of internal quality.

11、负责对供应商品质保证能力的综合评估评审；Responsible for the comprehensive evaluation and review of supplier quality assurance capability.

12、负责指导生产部配料的调色技术指导。Responsible for directing the production department to provide technical guidance on the color mixing of ingredients.

13、法律法规的研习与内部培训、推进、落实、验证；Study and internal training, promotion, implementation and verification of laws and regulations.

14、制定品质培训计划并组织实施。Developing quality training plan and organize implementation.
