QAQC Manager (MNC Manufacturing/Pasir Gudang)

We're hiring for a QAQC Manager position at an MNC packaging company. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of plant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the QA/QC process, including incoming materials, in-process, and outgoing finished products/services.
• Collect, evaluate, and share performance data for quality improvement programs.
• Monitor and evaluate facility quality control plans and practices.
• Plan and conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs for quality best practices and awareness.
• Consult with other affiliates on quality control issues and provide technical support and solutions.
• Manage supplier quality, receiving, inspection, and testing processes.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in QA/QC or relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management/Operation Management/Engineering or relevant field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a must.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus: HALAL, HACCP, ISO 22000.
