RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overall daily QC and Production operations.
• To supervise operators' work progress in order to achieve daily production target and also comply to food products’ specification.
• To ensure operators comply with company's SOP, Halal, GMP and ISO 22000.
• To implement incoming raw materials procedure (i.e. inspection fresh raw poultry / seafood).
• To handle production process arrangement, manpower backup & etc.
• To conduct On Job Training (OJT) to operators.
• To participate and assist in audit inspection process of JAKIM, VHM, ISO 22000 and customers & suppliers' audit.
• To report findings of non-compliance and improvement areas to the Management.
• To maintain good cleanliness of production zone.
• In-charged of monthly stock check & submit report to the Management.
• Responsible to maintain good QC and production records.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior / management from time to time.

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent will be advantageous.
• At least 2 years working experience as Junior Executive specialized in Food Technology/Nutritionist or 1-year work in food production line is encouraged to apply.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Possesses own transport.
• Able to work at Sungai Buloh.
• Able to work for Monday to Saturday: 8am to 5pm ( Alternate Saturday).
• Rest on Sunday & all Selangor's public holidays.
• 1 permanent position.
