As part of our continuous growth, we are in the process of setting up a new Quality Department to enhance our commitment to excellence and ensure the highest standards in our products.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Quality Document Controller to be instrumental in shaping the foundation of our new Quality Department. The selected candidate will assist closely with Quality Manager to build and be pioneer in establishment of system, robust document control and support the overall QA/QC job function. Key Responsibilities:

· Establish and implement the control of documents and quality of records, for business process owners and manufacturing process owners, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

· Maintain and update quality documentations such as policies, procedures, forms, work of instructions, drawings, product and process specifications, registrar of master lists to the latest revision, track of records, and that these documents are made available at all locations.

· Obsolete documents shall be withdrawn and dispose within records of retention period.

· Control of documents including creation of forms, review, approval, distribution, retrieving, system of filing and archiving. Conduct regular evaluations of document to identify areas for improvement.

· Schedule, arrangement, and liaison with related internal and external parties on calibration, verification and validation activities for attribute gauges, tools, moulds, equipment and measuring devices.

· Execute Internal Quality Audit (IQA), external audits such as customer audit, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance. Conduct thorough reviews, generate comprehensive reports, and collaborate on Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for customer and certification body.

· Understand and align quality processes with the diverse requirements, ensure products meet requirements including completing customer complaint report, customer specific requirements (CSR), coordinate ship hold of goods and field of return.

· Conduct training sessions for employees on quality standards, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

· Spearhead quality performance tracker, quality metrics data for KPI report and slide preparation.

Qualifications:

· Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical) or Degree in Science or any Metal Technology courses.

· Minimum of 2 years' working experience in a manufacturing environment, candidate with a focus on metal processing and fabrication considered a significant advantage.

· Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management System (QMS).

· Sound technical knowledge in product and process through Quality tools such as Control Plan, FMEA, Total Quality Management (TQM), 7QC tools, 5 why’s analysis and 8D methodology.

· Operational skills, strong understanding of operations and leadership skills to guide and influence quality initiatives.

· Good written communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.dd
