Job Descriptions:

Prepare progress claim, payment certificates, variation order, and final account
Estimate the quantity and costs of labors, materials, and machinery
Preparing cost plans, estimates, and cash flow projections
Coordinate and liaise with the sub-contractor for the contract matters
Prepare for the tendering documents and measurement and bill of quantity
Any other tasks assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply for this job
Ability to work independently
Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English to liaise with different counterpart
Experienced candidates will be offered with senior post
