JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Arabic added advantage
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field as senior position is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Compliance of HACCP, GMP, Halal, ISO22000, Exportation Document Preparations, MAQIS E-PERMIT
•  Export Regulations and necessary arrangements.
•  Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in conducting various Audits (external, internal)
• Responsible to implement Food Safety Measures, analyze and troubleshoot NCR
• Conduct Risk assessment, develop and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Collect and compile statistical data on quality and performance
• E-Halal updates and renewals
• Annual planning and strategize on continuous improvements of HACCP, ISO22000
• Know-how in Hygiene Management (Pest Control; Chemical & Cleaning)
• Responsible to develop SOP and implementation of Cook-Chill, Cook-Freeze, Retort processing technology.
• Develop SOP for all departments
• Provide training and awareness
• Responsible to keep good document track records
• MAQIS / E-PERMIT
• Handle foreign workers
• Handle 3- 4 audit per year
• Able to handle high pressure and the datelines
