Quality Assurance Engineer (Electronics) - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Job responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality-related inquiries, concerns, and issues. Ensure no delay in response or feedback.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their quality expectations, address inquiries, and provide timely updates on resolution progress.
• Follow up on CAR (customer complaint) / CLCA, QCDR (internal quality deviation) & SCAR implementation, effectiveness and closure.
• Ensure all product quality, process quality and system quality to conform with customers’ specifications and internal quality system requirements.
• Perform Quality audits, including the corrective actions and responses following the audits.
• Support customer and 3rd party audit to the plant with respect to the process and product quality under the care
• Spearhead Line QRQC improvements to improve process scrap
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of quality performance and improvement plans to customer.
• Participate in company’s Quality,Environmental,Safety & Health management program.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics or equivalent.)
• Knowledge in handling the preparation of internal and external audit, ISO 9001:2015, 140014
• Experience in implementing ISO9001, ISO14001 is essential
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communicate skill among peers, superiors, management, and inter-departments
