Prestar Precision Tube Sdn Bhd is one of the subsidiaries of a Public Listed company listed on the Main Board. We are engaged in manufacturing of carbon steel pipes, hollow sections in square, rectangular and special profiles for the furniture, automobile, engineering and construction industries. In line with our expansion market plan and rapid growth, we are looking for suitably qualified candidates with commitment and enthusiasm to fill the following position:-

Quality Assurance Engineer – Rawang, Selangor

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering – Manufacturing, Mechanical or similar.
• Willing to work in factory environment and occasionally work extra hours.
• Have QA / QC knowledge.
• Have strong attention to detail.
• Occasional required to travel.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Control of quality for products of pipes plant.
• Identifying of non conformance quality, trouble shooting and rectification.
• Attend customer complaint and reporting.
• Administrating day to day quality control operations.
• Provide training to Online Quality Inspectors.
• Verifying non conforming product, report and monitoring on non conforming products.
• Ensuring all products produced are within specification and fit for delivery for customer.
• Monitoring and performing online inspection.
• Member of ISO quality management committee.
• Performing ISO internal Auditing.
