Working Hour : Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)

A fast growing local brand F&B company is seeking for a proficient Quality Assurance Engineer / Tester to join their dynamic team. Your primary role is to conduct and perform the whole testing life cycle up to risk assessment.

Test Planning:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives
• Develop comprehensive test plans that outline test scope, test cases, and testing strategies
• Identify and prioritize areas of focus based on risk assessment and project goals

Test Execution:

• Execute test cases, following established test plans and procedures.
  Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects, and verify their resolution

Test Automation:

• Develop and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks for efficient and repeatable testing
• Continuously enhance automated testing practices to increase testing coverage

Reporting and Documentation:

• Create detailed test reports, summarizing test results and identifying critical issues
• Maintain test documentation, including test cases, test data, and test environment setup

Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborate with development teams to improve software quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in peer reviews and provide feedback to enhance product quality

Performance Testing:

• Plan, design, and execute performance tests to evaluate system scalability and responsiveness

Test Environments:

• Set up and configure test environments to simulate real-world conditions

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure that the software adheres to industry standards, compliance regulations, and best practices

Risk Assessment:

• Analyze and report potential risks and issues that may impact the software quality or project timelines

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align testing efforts with project goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role for more than 2 years
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Proficiency in test automation using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking systems
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing
• Knowledge of performance testing tools
• Experience with web and mobile application testing
• ISTQB or similar certification is preferred
