Quality Assurance (Managerial Position) - Immediate Start

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, establish, and implement a Quality Management System for the company.
• Coordinate internal quality audits within specified timeframes and monitor subsequent follow-ups.
• Handle and address customer complaints regarding product quality.
• Manage warranty claims and conduct investigations into the causes of defects.
• Ensure that all inspection and testing plans are implemented to meet client requirements.
• Coordinate quality improvement programs.
• Review quality assurance instructions and assembly specifications to determine inspection methods and testing sequences that meet customer requirements and product specifications.
• Coordinate quality assurance management systems and testing to ensure compliance with established and regulatory standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with hands-on experience in Hydraulic, Electrical & Pneumatic systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in welding, steel fabrication & sheet metal workshop, preferably with exposure to ISO Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to effectively articulate arguments and engage with other departmental heads.

• Painting certification would be an added advantages.
• Strong automotive knowledge and relevant working background is preferred.
