QUALITY ASSURANCE OPERATOR

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowing EHS(employee health and safety) and ESD basic knowledge
• Follow SOP(standard operation procedure) and WI (working instruction) requirements
• Able to use high-power scope and high precision instrument such as Dage, T-scan, Pull Tester, AOI, to do critical quality control item measurement.
• Follow control plan request to do control items monitoring and inspection.
• Able to use computer to record data and plot all the trend chart through Microsoft excel
• Knowing basic knowledge in SPC
• To attend cross training to have at least 4 or above process certifications within 6 months
• Familiar with process operation, and control items and requirements
• Feedback abnormity during operation correctly
• Conduct Roving audit and identify potential failure impact through Good catch

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Candidate Must Have SPM or any relevant certificate

SKILLS:

• Experienced in Quality Inspection function such as incoming, in process till outgoing
• Knowing in ESD basic knowledge and requirements
