You will play a key role in supporting quality initiatives, analyzing process performance, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and business operations. Your work will help ensure compliance, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen our commitment to excellence.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Manage and resolve internal quality issues by ensuring timely containment, root cause identification, and closure.\n * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct comprehensive root-cause investigations and drive the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\n * Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce, eliminate, and prevent repeated or recurring quality issues across processes and products.\n * Champion proactive quality measures, process standardization efforts, and cross\u2011product learning to strengthen overall organizational capability.\n * Compile, analyze, and present quality performance metrics during global and site-level business and operational review forums.\n * Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, systemic gaps, and improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes.\n * Ensure manufacturing processes\u2014and resulting products\u2014consistently meet internal specifications, customer expectations, and regulatory quality requirements.\n\n\n\n## Who we\u2019re looking for\n\n * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor\u2019s degree.\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.\n * 2\u20133 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and in quality\u2011related functions.\n * Hands-on experience in process audits, product audits, and production line audits.\n * Proficiency in statistical analysis, with working knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.\n * Strong analytical and problem\u2011solving skills, with the ability to drive data\u2011based decisions.\n * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective cross\u2011functional collaboration.\n * Experience working in a cleanroom environment and familiarity with cleanroom protocols.\n\n\n\n## Preferred qualifications\n\n## Our commitment\n\n \n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
